Not sure how many from Canada on this board, but a little info for those of you that as this will pertain to you.  As you know you cannot use your tfsa if trading from pinks, but was in contact with broker and was told when the uplist happens as long as it is on approved market.  ie nasdaq (they have a list on the government website of approved) you can transfer shares you already bought on the pinks to tfsa.  Long FITX
