SRGE no longer exists, and thus can own nothing. MSJ is hamstrung by the ongoing Bandera case, which will eventually be settled....for little benefit for any party, as there is NO legal value that can be attributed to the properties...as they have no preven reserves.
As MSJ has been silent for over a year, it is unknown if it is really a functioning entity anymore. Of course, no buyout offer, above a few million $, will ever be made.... and even a small one like that will likely never happen.
