drjohn12, one theory I have is that TECO legal counsel is allowing the individual(s) to hang themselves by their own rope. I assume they also have legal counsel and if so then their actions might dictate the advice of their legal counsel i.e. keep posting what you want since it is your freedom of speech.  If their legal counsel is wrong and in my opinion they are wrong; then the noose is getting tighter around their necks.
