Facebook, Tesla slide into bear market territory
GrubHub jumps 35% on debut
SAN FRANCISCO (MarketWatch) — High-flying momentum stocks Facebook Inc. and Tesla Motors Inc. fell into bear market territory on Friday after slumping in line with the broader market’s decline.

Facebook Inc. (NASDAQ:FB) shares fell 4.8% while Tesla (NASDAQ:TSLA) shed 5.8%, its worst percentage drop so far this year. Both stocks have now fallen 20% from their recent highs. Netflix Inc. (NASDAQ:NFLX) also slid 5.3% while Priceline Group Inc. (NASDAQ CLN) dropped 4.7%.

Mylan Inc. (NASDAQ:MYL) shares rose 4.9%. The company, which makes generic drugs, is considering an acquisition of the Swedish company Meda, according to the Financial Times and The Wall Street Journal. http://www.marketwatch.com/story/mylan-gamest...2014-04-04
