First,  companies have lawsuits all the time,  he puts so much on it, like it is a "death sentence" to PVEC if they lose,  see,  it is not about the "frivolous" money, imo  owed,  law suits, or anything like that,  they are just part of the ammunition he has and used over and over again,  HE WANTS PVEC NOT TRADING...and there is just SO MUCH MORE,  I am sorry,  would take hours to post,  but it is out there to see in much DD.


risingsun,  this has been going on for 2 years,  he has flooded gov agencies,  contact potential company's PVEC were in negotiation with,  and slandered Peter to "death" constantly,  where those potential companies,  said forget it,  they don't want to deal with it,  that is just brief history of PVEC, I can go on all night, really.


Now, I am waiting for confirmations, and not completely comprehending this either on if it is the same or a separate,     btw,  that was sent by FINRA, hmmmmm,  gov agency,  and it is something, right there,  FINRA doing this,  HUGE to me,  PVEC in good standing,  simple.  AND mind you,  FINRA is one of the MAIN agencies,  seaam and whoever he is connected with,  FLOODED misinformation on Peter and PVEC..........BIG REASON(S) why, I am ear to ear smiling,  forget whatever the "divvy's" are about right now for me,  FINRA....FINRA....FINRA.....sent that out.....HUGE!!!!!  to me.
