The company should have issued a PR to explain this, or at least state something on their message board. But to be honest, I think this is just a new date for the gift shares. And the twist that Jason was talking about, is that you now have a couple of more weeks to get your divys. I just don't understand why he would keep saying that the certs were being processed etc. Same old crap with this company.
