Here is Luther's response from Facebook regarding the Global Lock:
"I would like to bring everyone up to date on the recent Global Lock issued by the DTC. This issue has arisen from actions taken by previous owners in 2009 with the Big Apple debacle. Fortunately I have been informed we will be able to fix this problem. Im waiting for complete details from our attorney and the DTC and will prepare a full update for all of you. Until then Im unable to give a timeframe for resolution, but assure you we will handle this as quickly as possible."
