If the characterization or representation of Treaty has no current basis in fact, all Treaty has to do is have its legal counsel write a consequential letter to the owners of the board/corporation to have such characterization removed. I do not believe the owners of the board or corporation would like to have its assets used to falsely assail or malign a company.
