I don't think it's an alternative to dialysis but it does work on dialysis machines, the company's ticker is ctso, they've been approved in the EU for a few years now and they deal with many aspects of blood and blood storage  (for keeping blood fresh for longer periods of time), the company has said it is available here but I've never heard of it being used here, I started buying about 6yrs ago and it just seems like I've been waiting forever...Thanks for your response
