Does anyone have an educated guess as to when they will submit the paperwork to get this merger finished?
I assume they will need to submit audited fins for both cos along with whatever else. So maybe at best paperwork gets filed on the 15th to the SEC, and then what 4-6 weeks later the deal is done and we're rolling with a new ticker?
