Not Quoted Ex-Dividend

  If an investment is "not quoted ex-dividend," then the price you see does not reflect the payment of a dividend. If you buy at this price, you should anticipate that the price will fall in the near future, as the shares will fail to reflect the payment. If you buy the shares at the ex-dividend price, you will not be entitled to receive the dividend. You must buy before the ex-dividend date to earn the dividend.
