btw, compare what PP has come up with against the latest "public document' supporting the notion that JBI is selling the Processors ar 8-9 Million a pop.
Quite simply, meeting minutes would be regarded as "Hearsay Evidence' in a court of law. Hearsay evidence is when someone is quoted as saying something by somebody else. It is inadmissible. The judges reaction is to get that person in the court, get them to put their hand on the bible, and let's hear it from them.
Meeting minutes, message board posts, etc, mean nothing.
And if they are trying to sell for that price... well, I think I will go out and put my 1982 vehicle up for 100k... it is about as credible.
