Southern Cameroons - Internally the government of Cameroun has cracked down on dissent with mass arrests in Southern Cameroons and summary executions in Bakassi. However, the regime of aging president Paul Biya is showing signs of stress with Boko Haram incursions in the north. The Government of Southern Cameroons has granted Kilimanajaro not only the oil and mineral rights to Southern Cameroons and Bakassi but also future forestry and telecommunications rights. President Akwanga is calling for referendums in Southern Cameroons, Bakassi, and Biafra. One day we may see an amicable federal state of these three regions with Kilimanjaro as a trusted stakeholder.
