I loaned $X to my son and $Y to my fiancee and they purchased BLTA under their names (the agreements with each are for nominal interes, and the loans are to be re-paid when BLTA reaches a certain pps value - which I will not disclose here).
Under my name, I have never purchased BLTA on the open market, and in the past have only sold 90,000 shares (over 2 years ago, when I was testing to see if DWAC'd shares could actually be sold like any other shares).
At the time I made the open market purchase statements, I didn't think the relationship as to how the purchases were made were important and would just complicate matters. Basically, let's just say I advised them how to make their purchases and what pps bids to place (although I will tell you theat my 20 year old son certainly did not "listen" to me exactly as I had said things, lol!).
But truthfully I must applaud you for your fine attentio to detail. I didn't think anyone read my posts so closely..............
