I know that '99'. What's your hurry? It's all about timing. If things happen in the right order it is better for us. No matter it's going to happen when it happens and all the speculation in the world won't make any difference. Your only concern is to figure out your exit strategy. My exit strategy is at least two years from first harvest although I will sell some small lots for 'walking around' money.
