CDEL buyer continues to stand ready to accumulate

For the last couple of weeks a big buyer executing through Citadel has been accumulating large chunks of shares every day and sometimes taking well over half a million shares alone in a day. I think the biggest day was about 800,000 take at .031 and .0335. Here he is again first thing Monday morning as the high bid at .031 with UBSS again right behind him.
