I guessed right.
From http://www.osc.gov.on.ca/documents/en/Proceedings-SOA/soa_20140401_bordynuikjw.pdf dated a couple of days ago (April 1, 2014) and apparently posted today.
"It appears that the majority of the Ontario investors were not in fact accredited investors. Bordyuik’s reliance upon that exemption was inappropriate."
So there you go. If anyone wants to participate in the latest offering, they can just lie and say they're accredited and pay $25k for 250,000 shares ($0.10 each) plus receive warrants to buy another 250,000.

Yes, I understand your penny stock also is the real deal, created with the inventiveness of Edison and destined to be the next Microsoft. Yes, I understand that the delays are also only because your company is making their product and/or technology even more revolutionary.
