I've been invested here for several months now and they have been saying from the start that they are not diluting.  I don't see how that is true when the O/S has increased from 400 million in early December to now 459 million.  They even filed last month that they gave 58 million shares to two debt holders to satisfy some obligations.  Before the filing we had 421 million shares in the O/S and as of last week it moved to 459 million.  I guess I'm having a hard time understanding the term were not diluting when the O/S continues to grow.  I will be called the TA tomorrow and confirm if any dilution has taken place this week, I'm willing to bet 5-10 million shares have been unloaded the last two trading days.  I'm not negative on MRIB, in fact I'm long here but for the company to keep saying their not diluting is just not true.   We need some verifiable sales numbers or the Safeway distribution agreement to be announced to help churn through these shares.
