I have to agree. 

As someone who has ONLY acquired my shares through Private Placement, I am wondering why.....if Baltia had no money....they wouldn't be calling me.

I believe that Baltia will always offer PP, but the value to the purchaser will be less and less if Baltia doesn't really need the cash.

Last time I looked....like about a month ago....PP was going for 75% of market value. 

And honestly, to tie up your $ for 6 months and with a minimum $10,000 contribution, purchasing PP just isn't a bargain.  As I told many who asked me, you are much better off purchasing (liquid shares) on the open market.

Now.....if PP was at 50% of market value, then I might believe Baltia is ACTIVELY seeking capital.

But under the current PP offering, I am inclined to say that they have enough right now...........
