He serves as a Vice-Chairman of TVcompass. He has been Director of Green Energy Renewable Solutions, Inc since August 1, 2011. He served as a Director of Green Energy Renewable Solutions, Inc. from June 4, 2007 to July 29, 2008 and Cirque Energy, Inc. from August 1, 2011 to September 16, 2013. Mr. O'Donnell holds both a bachelor's degree in Finance and MBA from NIU."
