I was listening to a billionaire investor the other day, he was talking about investing directly to a company in a sector that I'm very bullish on. He stated that he will be a) be receiving shares at a discount, b) be helping out the company with direct cash that they need, c) have he right to warrants. He was very keen on the warrants.......and so am I.
Rick Heddle's warrants are at .54........these are at .15, that is very good for those that are lucky enough to get in on this very small raise.
