$25k gets the eager investor 250,000 shares of JBI plus warrants to purchase 250,000 shares at $0.15. Those 250,000 warrants are probably worth between $10,000 and $13,000 based on Black-Scholes...although only about $8,750 if one makes an assumption that the shares from the exercised warrants will be immediately sold at the current market price of $0.185 without pushing the stock price downward.
Essentially if the stock price doesn't move down from the current $0.185 on selling pressure, a person could buy shares and warrants for $25,000 and immediately turn around and sell that for $55,000. I don't know how the investors who already participated feel, but that may already be coming down the pike. Verify the shares are unrestricted, though.
