Contrary to posts and PMs sent out on Friday by the mod bashers on the old SIRG board, I have not sold a single share. Further, Rod has not sold a single share either. The poster saw this and wrongly assumed that Rod had sold 5M of the 9,700,000 shares that he purchased in Oct of 2010. Those 9,700,000 shares are held by Rod in his Blackpool Partners fund which received another 2.5M shares from the note conversion.
