"On the Pink Sheets and OTCBB, market makers are not required to show their order size and 99% of the time will not do so. Normally, the size will be 5000 shares. This means that the market maker is obligated to buy or sell 5000 shares at the quoted price. They could have 5000 shares or 5 billion shares to buy or sell. It's important to know this when trading in OTCBB and Pink Sheet stocks."
