So, referring back to the other company I mentioned that did a R/S in a completely different manner- with full explanation of all:
Why not just go to the Pinks? Less money to pay, and less headaches. When you are ready to uplist, as they are intending, you go straight to NASDAQ and bypass all the crap from QB?
Once they laid out the financial ramifications and minimal advantages of QB..... it made too much sense.
According to OTC Markets, it still costs $10k per year to be on QB. With no revs, where is that coming from? (Rhetorical, we already know.)
