I'll be interested to see if the O/S is different today.   From past experience large blocks that appear out of nowhere like the 4 million late in the trading day usually indicate a level of dilution.  We did have a filing indicting that we gave 58 million restriction free shares out to satisfy some debt.  After the filing our O/S increased from 421 million to 459 million and that leaves around 20 million shares left to unload.  We seem to have endless share hitting the ask over the past week during our downward slid and then to have a 4 million share block hit late in the day, it makes you wonder.   Whatever the case if it is the debt seller I hope they are almost finished.
