I believe MJ (both medicinal and recreational) will be legalized in the 50 & by the FEDs in the next few years because the GovPimps need more tax revenue to waste on votes, and to keep the "dream alive".
Just like the repeal of Prohibition in '33. Stupid law, and they needed money to buy their way out of the Great Depression.
