to answer the question about the partnership and when it will be finalized i asked bill if april 4 still was in the plan and not april 30th since PHOT and RXNB extended their date to april 30. and based on my response i believe april 4 will still seal the deal for us.. ill copy and paste my extremely long and thorough FB conversation with bill below..........
