Most traders know about the new rule--SS could have notified shareholders BEFORE the suprise RS and ISSUED a prefered share to current sharehlders to offset the RS.
Did that happen-NO.
SS thinks of himself -and NOONE ELSE
IMO -back to 000's once the D is lifted.
