Japple I brought up this same topic yesterday and really no one responded.
I also ended my post with the same "thoughts" comment because I wanted some input from others. Especially with the timing of the DD extension that has been pushed out til April 30th between PHOT and RXNB. My thoughts were that it was strategic in planning (probably not) to take advantage in both companies favor because of the rule change going into affect the following day
