For the record the land is owned by a family member (I believe either brother or brother in-law) who initially bought it thinking he could lease it out to like a movie studio or something like that. After he bought it, he was told it could only be used for agricultural purposes. In comes Bill and Creative Edge...the rest is history. It's all good in FITX land.
