Same concept as all the shares FITX needed to get the FITX rocket to the launch pad. A whole bunch of shares were placed sub penny to buy the rocket and fuel for the upcoming FITX launch.
The folks who were paid FITX shares worth $0.002 and such are now enjoying the same appreciation that FITX will enjoy when the PHOT stock shares have been unlocked, what I assume will either be a year from when the deal was struck or maybe a year from when the shares are issued.
