Caution is the word; AEGY is on thin ice. The SEC and FINRA are paying very close attention to MMJ tickers. SEC has been on the warpath at OTC. FINRA issued MMJ sector warning August 2013. CANN was apparently the latest recent MMJ casualty of SEC suspension. AVNE (control shareholder iequity) was suspended on March 5, 2014. Is it more than just a coincidence that AEGY (control shareholder iequity) announced a contemplated merger one day earlier on March 4, 2014? I don't think so. iequity is Humpty Dumpty headed for a fall if it does not exercise prudence, and delay or cancel this merger. All measures must be taken to protect the crown jewels at SKTO.
