That is for the market to determine. If we're right the last twelve months would have been the ideal accumulation window, and that's about to become more expensive.

Again if we're right, its time to hold 2-4 permanently and flip from higher price points to cover the acquisition costs of the permanently held shares.

I wrote a few weeks ago when I thought 2 was gone. I believe 4 is the effective bid. 3 would be a gift IMO.
