Shareholders will not get PHOT shares - I'm sure the shareholders will benefit from it though.
Bill Cenergy Creative will own the shares of course
Sound like the phot shares would be a great kitty to start buying back shares. Of course use a quarter of it to put in Creatives bank account and use the rest for buyback. Just thinking out loud.
