Why would they invent a registered agent firm that doesn't exist? MI Financial Services, Inc. doesn't exist in Florida. A search shows there is MI Financial Services (unincorporate) in IN, but it's clearly not related to AEGY. Whatever the shyters'  excuses, why wouldn't the SEC suspend AEGY just for that? Not to mention control issues.
