Minip is a penny promoter who approached KMAG 2ish years ago, was turned down, and now has a vendetta against KMAG.

Minip successfully sues IHUB for bashing some of its companies & now has bounties for defamation that results in SEC action.

How would these current bashers related to MP? Hired to wreck KMAG as payback for not playing their game?
