Thank you. I can't believe I couldn't find anything on this.
The way I read this is the rule is only in effect for stocks traded on the OTCQB. I know Bill has plans of uplisting, and with the timeline he alluded to I think this could be a strong possibility. This would be a good direction to go in to get away from the pink sheets. It would definitely help limit manipulation as well.
