100 MILLION shares won't get you a penthouse in Central Park lol...they're building One57 there, the thing is collosal. It's for billionaires. Why? So they can get a f--king look at CENTRAL PARK, where there are cups of coffee and cigarette butts all over the place lol. 

I used to walk through the Park on my way to work before I switched subway routes, and it was just a big trail of dog crap, potholes, and litter. Nobody respects the environment in NYC, hence the constant smell of dirty diapers.
