Thanks.  Financial filings are allowed to be later than the initial deadline--its called an extension and it is more important they are right than fast . . .

Go look at many of the other companies which from what I can read seem to be fabricated frauds not really doing anything.  Anyhow, I take your points, though not that on mismanagement.
