They have taken the right step with the change to board and bringing in some people that have some oil experience.  The next steps should be more board changes and finishing the Stocktons.  If they can do we will see a raise in the PPS.  Only time will tell, and what is the sense to sell at such a low PPS?  They have a chance as long as they stay focused and hit milestones.
