The SS and the cap table (what we could surmise from previous postings) dictated that there would either have to be an R/S or a bankruptcy. No 2 ways about it.
Now, the huge question, and one that I personally think should have been addressed when the R/S was done........ is what is the current SS? What is the float? How many A/S? How many O/S?
If the float was increased during the R/S, once trading resumes, any of our shares are worth nothing. If the float was maintained in accordance with the split, then they will still have the equivalency of .0003
This is why, IMO, it is so important for a company to be forthcoming and informative about ALL the details of a split. Without information, we are just hoping that something good will come from this. I don't know about you, but I don't base my investment on "hope".
Best.
