R/S isn't going to affect that at all, unless you get too emotional and cross the line, THEN it might affect you.
FWIW, I would try to stay within the boundaries of the TOS on either site, and regardless of what peeps say, it can be done. I've never been banned or suspended, and I toe the line when it needs toeing, and I engage Admin when they need engaging.
As it pertains to the "other site", one needs to realize that they are not an American based company and when you agreed to their TOS, you've effectively waited your 1st Amendment rights as well. Lesson? Always read the fine print and value what we were given (and we so flippantly give away) in our Constitution.
