| Treaty Energy Corporation (the "Company") was unable to timely file its Form 10-K for the fiscal year ended December 31, 2013 due to a delay assimilating certain financial information with respect to certain debt items. The Company expects to file its 10-K for December 31, 2013 within the fifteen day extension period provided by Rule 12b-25. |
