FWIW, I get that folks are upset.  Many have lost quite a bit of money, myself included, however, we need to be careful with accusations and determining opinion from fact.

When you say someone 'deliberately lied', that is more of an opinion.  Just make sure you state it as such. 

We can surmize, interpret, discuss, etc. but we need to be careful to distinguish the facts from the conjecture or opinions.   

And as we all know, we should try to temper things a bit because emotions are definitely running high.
