I think NITE is selling shares to CDEL and ATDF, probably so they can cover a short... Why else would they be selling such huge blocks so cheap instead of letting it go and selling? And CDEL is the one buying....

I dunno... kind of high here to be covering a short though.... arghhhhhhhhhh 

Maybe just to make sure they have cheap shares for later???
