If EWSI limits dilution, I would be surprised to see a lot of selling down in the range we are in to cause a significant pps drop.  VFIN seems to fill about anyone on the bid, but it sounds like they back way off yesterday afternoon.  Maybe they had remaining shares to unload and were given the green light to do so and get it over with???  I hope.  If we get dilution relief, I think we will see a gradual rise in the pps with any buying pressure.

EWSI is still a low floater with a very respectable share structure that has a market cap less than their earnings.
