IMO no reason for PHOT to Sell rxnb technology if we do not have the shares from PHOT. We do not get the shares until we get the license. Would make sense to finalize once we have the license. This will be the first of many deals once we are licensed and makes more sense for the pps long term. VAULT and license are the 2 keys to take the pps higher imo.
