$BCAP will deliver for all its shareholders.
There's no funding of this company via shares. You've all seen that real time for the last year. Matt was smart enough not to play this game, otherwise the shorts would have taken the company down.
Now the audits are in progress its only a matter of time.
S-1 is the real SEC investigation of $BCAP. After that's complete it's off to the OTCBB as a fully reporting company.
