Why do you think Bill has gone silent? Just little hints as pushing and saying schedule.....16 hours a day working? It's because he wants to surprise many and honestly reward longs not flippers. Seems flippers have given him the headaches asking exact days and times to play FITX. He wants licenses yesterday but wants longs to win.
